Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Products (earbuds, smart door locks, smart watches, gimbals) are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices included.
  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Products showing signs of use, physical damage, or missing parts.
  • Returns requested after the 7-day period.
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact customer support at clubmall.ltd@gmail.com with:
  • Order details
  • Product issue description
  • Supporting images or videos (if applicable)
  • After approval, instructions for return pickup or shipping will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer.

5. Replacement Option

  • Customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund for eligible defective or damaged products, subject to stock availability.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, return shipping will be covered.
  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed, and the return policy will apply.
