Shipping Policy

2. Delivery Time

4. Order Tracking

  • Once the order is shipped, a tracking ID/link will be shared via email or SMS to track delivery status.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Delivery partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If unsuccessful, the order may be returned.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If the package is received in a damaged condition or items are missing, report it within 48 hours of delivery by contacting clubmall.ltd@gmail.com with proof (images/video).

8. Incorrect Address

  • Ensure the shipping address is accurate. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or undelivered.
